Property Agent / Broker / Realtor Wanted — Pattaya / Thailand
We are hiring a Property Agent / Broker / Realtor.
Responsibilities: find buyers, qualify their requirements, conduct property viewings, and manage communications through to the closing of the deal.
Requirements: knowledge of the Thai real estate market, an active network of contacts, and the legal right to perform the relevant activities.
Compensation: 3% of each successfully closed deal.
When applying, please include your city, experience, real estate segments, and examples of closed deals. Terms, workload, and payment will be discussed after a brief introduction, without a lengthy series of formal interviews.
