These Terms of Use govern access to the website legat-abc.com, its catalogue, user accounts, offer cards, search, saved items, enquiries and other digital functions of Legat ABC.
By using Legat ABC, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them to the extent applicable to the functions used. If the user does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the functions for which acceptance is required.

2. What Legat ABC is
Legat ABC is an international digital multiplatform combining a catalogue, a listings system and marketplace functions for goods, services, real estate, transport, businesses, jobs, education, tourism, events and other permitted offers.
The platform is intended for searching, viewing, comparing and saving offers, as well as sending enquiries to responsible companies, relevant Legat Business divisions, partners and other approved participants.
Legat ABC is not an open classifieds board with an automatic right to publish.
3. Role of the platform
Legat ABC provides digital infrastructure for:
- publishing and structuring approved offers;
- searching and comparing information;
- displaying cards for goods, services, properties and projects;
- user registration;
- saving offers of interest;
- sending enquiries;
- routing enquiries to responsible participants;
- applicable verification and moderation;
- handling complaints and disputed content;
- user support;
- other functions available on the platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer, Legat ABC is not the seller, landlord, employer, property owner, professional service provider or a party to a contract between the user and a third party.
Certain goods, services, properties or projects may be provided directly by PCS Premium Concierge Co., Ltd. or by other companies within the Legat Business ecosystem. In such cases, the responsible party must be identified in the relevant offer card, invoice, contract or other terms of the relevant service.
4. User registration
Registration may not be required to view the public part of the catalogue.
Legat ABC may require an account to use certain functions.
The user undertakes to:
- provide accurate information;
- keep it up to date;
- not impersonate another person;
- keep access credentials secure;
- promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Registration by itself does not grant the right to publish offers.
5. Age and legal capacity
A user carrying out legally significant actions through the platform must have the legal capacity and authority required for those actions.
If the laws applicable to the user require a certain age or the consent of a legal representative, the user must comply with those requirements.
6. Who may publish offers
Publication access may be granted to:
- projects and divisions within Legat Business;
- verified partners;
- owners;
- companies;
- entrepreneurs;
- professional market participants;
- employers;
- specialists;
- other participants approved by the platform operator.
Admission to publication is determined separately and may depend on the category, country, documents, authority, participant status, cooperation terms and other factors.
7. Verification and moderation
Before publication, a card may undergo one or more levels of review.
Depending on the category, the following may be checked:
- technical correctness of the card;
- mandatory information;
- content;
- source of the offer;
- identity or status of the participant;
- company registration details;
- authority of the representative;
- documents;
- right to publish a specific property, product or service;
- professional licences, certificates or permits;
- certain material characteristics;
- current relevance of the information.
The scope of review may differ depending on the category and publication model.
Verification of a company or agent does not automatically mean that all properties and offers associated with them have been verified.
8. Meaning of verification status
If the platform uses a verification status, badge or description, it reflects only the scope of verification actually completed.
Such status does not mean that Legat ABC:
- guarantees completion of a future transaction;
- guarantees the solvency of any party;
- guarantees the legal soundness of a transaction beyond the checks actually performed;
- guarantees the absence of all possible risks;
- confirms information that was outside the scope of verification.
Moderation and verification are intended to improve information quality and reduce risk, but they do not replace the user’s own verification of material transaction terms.
9. Obligations of the publishing party
A participant submitting information for publication is responsible for:
- legality of the offer;
- having the right to offer the relevant product, property, service or project;
- accuracy of the information;
- correctness of price and terms;
- availability of the product or service where stated;
- validity and currency of documents;
- having required licences, permits and authority;
- compliance with applicable law;
- performance of its own obligations toward the user.
The publishing party must promptly notify the platform of changes to price, status, availability or other material terms.
10. Prohibited offers and content
It is prohibited to publish or submit for publication content that:
- violates the law;
- relates to illegal goods or services;
- infringes third-party rights;
- contains knowingly false information;
- misleads users;
- is used for fraud;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- contains unlawfully obtained personal data;
- contains malicious code;
- offers regulated activity without a required licence or permit;
- otherwise violates platform rules or rules of the relevant category.
Legat ABC may request additional documents, restrict a card, suspend a profile or refuse publication.
11. Real estate
Real estate information reflects the status of an offer at the time of its latest update or confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, publication of a property on Legat ABC does not mean that the operator is the owner, seller or landlord of that property.
Before purchase, rent or any other real estate transaction, the user should independently verify, as applicable:
- ownership rights;
- authority of the representative;
- legal status of the property;
- documents;
- restrictions and encumbrances;
- actual condition;
- price;
- deposit;
- taxes, fees and additional costs;
- settlement procedure;
- contractual terms.
12. Cars and transport
Before purchasing, renting or using a vehicle, the user should verify the applicable terms, including:
- vehicle documents;
- authority of the owner or representative;
- contract;
- technical condition;
- insurance;
- deposit;
- mileage limits;
- driving licence requirements;
- age restrictions;
- usage rules;
- liability of the parties.
13. Professional services
The platform may contain offers from lawyers, accountants, financial specialists, medical organizations, consultants, educational institutions, construction companies and other professional service providers.
The mere publication of such an offer does not mean that Legat ABC or PCS Premium Concierge Co., Ltd. itself provides the relevant professional service unless expressly stated.
Platform materials do not replace individual legal, medical, tax, financial, investment or other professional advice.
14. Search, filters and recommendations
Search, filters, sorting and other platform mechanisms are provided for convenience when using the catalogue.
Their availability does not mean that Legat ABC recommends a particular offer as the best, optimal or fully suitable for the user’s individual needs.
The user independently decides whether to send an enquiry, select a provider and enter into a transaction.
15. User enquiries
A user may send an enquiry through the tools provided by Legat ABC.
Depending on the specific offer, the request may be routed to:
- the Legat ABC operator;
- a relevant company within the Legat Business ecosystem;
- an owner;
- a supplier;
- an employer;
- a verified partner;
- another responsible participant.
Where provided by the relevant process, Legat ABC may retain the link between an enquiry and a specific card, source, language, processing status and responsible participant.
Contact details are transferred only to the extent necessary to process the enquiry, in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and law.
16. Transaction between the user and a third party
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer, a contract relating to a product, service, real estate, rental, employment, business or another offer is concluded directly between the user and the relevant seller, owner, supplier, service provider, employer or other responsible party.
The terms of the specific transaction are determined by its parties and applicable law.
Publication of an offer on Legat ABC or routing an enquiry through the platform does not by itself make the operator a party to a contract between the user and a third party.
17. Payments
17.1. Partner and referral offers
For offers of third-party partners, the basic Legat ABC and PCS model provides for direct payment by the user to the relevant supplier or service provider, unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific card or contract.
Under this model, PCS Premium Concierge Co., Ltd. does not collect, hold or remit the user’s payment or deposit on behalf of the partner.
After the service has actually been provided and paid for, the partner may pay PCS Premium Concierge Co., Ltd. agency, referral, marketing or other agreed B2B remuneration under a separate agreement.
17.2. Operator’s own services
Where PCS Premium Concierge Co., Ltd. acts as the direct service provider or contracting party for its own service, the company may accept payment from the client in accordance with the terms of that service, invoice or separate agreement.
17.3. Verification of payment details
The user must verify the recipient and payment details before making a transfer.
If Legat ABC later introduces its own function for accepting, holding or transferring client funds within a marketplace model, separate terms may apply to that function.
18. Prices and current information
Prices, availability, timing, status and terms of offers may change.
Legat ABC and publishing parties take reasonable steps to keep cards current, but changes may occur between the last update and the user’s enquiry.
Before taking a legally significant action, the user should confirm the current terms with the responsible party.
19. Advertising and paid promotion
Legat ABC may use paid promotion, advertising placements, themed showcases and partner materials.
A promoted status does not automatically confirm an offer’s advantages, reliability or suitability for the user.
Advertising materials must comply with the laws of the country in which they are distributed.
20. Reviews and reputation
Legat ABC may allow users to leave reviews and ratings.
Priority may be given to reviews linked to a verifiable enquiry, order or other recorded transaction.
The following are prohibited:
- artificial manipulation of ratings;
- purchase or exchange of reviews;
- pressure on a user to change a rating;
- publication of knowingly false facts;
- unlawful disclosure of personal data;
- use of reviews for threats, blackmail or other unlawful conduct.
Legat ABC may request supporting materials and allow the other party an opportunity to respond.
21. Complaints and disputed content
A user may report:
- a suspicious offer;
- possible fraud;
- inaccurate information;
- infringement of rights;
- illegal content;
- intellectual property infringement;
- unlawful processing of personal data;
- other violations.
During review, the operator may temporarily restrict access to disputed content or certain functions.
Legat ABC handles complaints within its authority and does not replace a court, police, government authority, regulator or independent professional expert.
22. Intellectual property of the platform
The website design, catalogue structure, software code, texts, graphic elements, branding, databases and other intellectual property may be protected by law.
Use of Legat ABC does not transfer exclusive rights in such materials to the user.
Without lawful grounds, it is prohibited to:
- copy substantial parts of the catalogue;
- mass-extract data outside the provided interfaces;
- create copies of the website;
- use Legat ABC branding in a way that creates a false impression of partnership;
- bypass technical restrictions of the platform.
23. Participant content
By submitting materials for publication, the participant confirms that it has the rights necessary to use those materials.
The participant grants the operator a non-exclusive right to use the materials to the extent necessary for:
- publication of the card;
- display in the catalogue;
- technical processing;
- agreed translation and localization;
- promotion of the offer;
- distribution through agreed channels;
- search engine indexing;
- performance of other platform functions.
Exclusive rights to the materials do not transfer to the operator unless separately agreed by the parties.
24. Third-party websites and services
Legat ABC may contain links to external websites, maps, messengers, social networks, payment services and other third-party resources.
The presence of a link does not mean that the operator controls all content and actions of the relevant service.
The user should independently review the terms and policies of the third-party resource.
25. Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by the separate Legat ABC Privacy Policy / Personal Data Processing Policy.
That policy should define, among other things:
- the data controller;
- purposes and legal bases of processing;
- categories of data;
- recipients;
- retention periods;
- user rights;
- procedure for withdrawal of consent;
- cross-border transfers;
- applicable security measures.
26. Cookies and technical data
Legat ABC may use cookies and similar technologies for:
- website operation;
- authorization;
- security;
- saving preferences;
- analytics;
- improving the interface;
- other permitted functions.
Where applicable law requires separate consent for certain cookie categories, such consent will be requested in the prescribed manner.
27. Platform availability
The operator aims to ensure stable operation of Legat ABC but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all functions.
Operation may be temporarily limited due to:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- troubleshooting;
- security measures;
- actions of service providers;
- circumstances beyond the operator’s reasonable control.
28. Restriction and termination of access
The operator may restrict a profile, publication or access to individual functions where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user or publishing party:
- violates these Terms;
- provides false documents or information;
- publishes prohibited content;
- attempts fraud;
- infringes the rights of others;
- interferes with technical operation of the platform;
- creates a security threat;
- uses the platform unlawfully.
29. Liability
Each party is responsible for its own actions and obligations to the extent established by applicable law and concluded agreements.
Nothing in these Terms releases PCS Premium Concierge Co., Ltd. from liability where such release is prohibited by applicable law.
Legat ABC is not responsible for the acts of an independent third party solely because that party’s offer was published in the catalogue, unless otherwise required by law or a separate agreement.
30. Changes to the Terms
The operator may update these Terms in connection with:
- changes to platform functionality;
- launch of new categories;
- changes to applicable law;
- changes to the partnership or payment model;
- security requirements;
- development of marketplace functions.
The current version is published on the website with the date of the latest update.
Where the law requires separate user consent to changes, such consent will be requested separately.
31. Governing law
These Terms and the relationship between the user and the operator are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, unless mandatory rules applicable to a specific user or transaction provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement.

Before going to court, the parties may attempt to resolve a dispute through written communication, provided that this does not limit the user’s right to apply to a competent court or public authority.
33. Language versions
These Terms may be published in several languages.
The English version prevails for interpretation in the event of discrepancies between translations, unless mandatory law applicable to a particular user requires otherwise.
Translations should, as far as possible, preserve the same legal meaning as the English version.
