We are looking for a Real Estate Agent / Broker / Realtor who can provide real examples of their work.

Key responsibilities: finding buyers, qualifying their requirements, arranging property viewings, and managing communication through to the closing of the deal.

Basic requirements: knowledge of the Thai real estate market, an active network of contacts, and the legal right to carry out the relevant activities.

There is no need for a long cover letter. Please send your city, experience, the real estate segments you work with, and examples of closed deals. Your track record will help us quickly determine whether it makes sense to continue the conversation.

Compensation is 3% of each closed deal. We only consider legally compliant real estate agency arrangements in Thailand.
